The Best Management Practices (BMP) technical training workshop aims to provide further training in peatland management to stakeholders and senior personnel from Southeast Asian (SEA) countries.

The objectives of this workshop are as stated below:  

1. To build the capacity of senior technical personnel in SEA countries for better peatland  management.
2. To present and share existing peatland BMP case studies among participants.
3. To establish a platform for information exchange between SEA country experts.
4. To document BMP case studies and establish demonstration sites across the region.

The total number of participants for this workshop is 30.
