Speaker Sonja Raub is a PhD candidate at Monash University, Malaysia studying the microbial functioning and diversity of tropical peat swamp forests. She holds a MSc in Environmental Science from UNESCO IHE, the Netherlands and a BA in Zoology & German from the University of California, Berkeley, USA. Her interests lie in microbial ecology of wetland systems. She has worked professionally for over 15 years as an environmental and experiential educator and has travelled extensively. |
